We are a furniture manufacturer in Foshan, Guangdong — the furniture capital of China — focused on one thing: sofas. From leather sets and fabric modulars to power recliners and sofa beds, we design, build and inspect every piece in-house: frames, foam, upholstery, mechanisms and export packaging included.
Design & R&D
In-house designers track international trends — Italian minimal, retro-modern, cloud and modular styles — and turn them into production drawings, cutting lists and frame prototypes. We also develop custom programs for OEM/ODM partners: your sizes, your fabrics, your brand.
Manufacturing
Frame cutting, foam molding, leather cutting, sewing and upholstery under one roof. Skilled upholsterers hand-build each piece, and every sofa passes a 10-point quality inspection — frame, springs, foam, stitching, leather finish — before it is wrapped for export.
Export & Support
English documentation, custom cartons, vacuum-compressed packaging and container-load logistics for 40+ markets. We handle the export details — fumigation-free timber, low-emission boards, FR options — so your shipment clears customs without surprises.
