What is your MOQ for export orders?
For stock models, MOQ is 1 unit for samples and 10 units for bulk orders. OEM/ODM programs start at 50 units with custom fabrics, leathers, logos and packaging.
How is shipping volume reduced on modular sofas?
Modular models are vacuum-compressed to ~35% of assembled volume — you fit roughly 2.5× more units per container, cutting freight cost per sofa significantly. Foam recovers to full shape within 48 hours of unpacking.
Can you provide fire-retardant (FR) options?
Yes. FR foam (CAL 117 / BS 5852) and FR fabrics are available on most models for hospitality and contract projects. Compliance documentation is included with shipment.
What is your typical lead time?
Stock models ship within 10–15 days. Bulk and OEM orders typically take 30–45 days depending on configuration, fabrics and packaging requirements.
